Well, with all this water, it might be time to put some of the tax money into building canals for the cities and towns in Texas and turn it into places like Canal City Hakata and Netherlands Giethoorn. I would even put Venice Italy as another example the good thing is that it might reduce road rage accidents, and people with anxiety about driving a car could prefer to travel by boat to get to places.
