I'm a chef, we use dish soap for the bacon grease sometimes depending on the amount. Once you're finished grab the hot pan and pour some dish soap in it, you will see it start trapping the grease! After that, you can toss it down the drain.

6:32 that's a still, words of advice it works better and quicker if you run the copper tubing coils through a bucket of ice and then to the bottle. Dont ask how I know that.
