It baffles me that the two machines have different Swivel capacities. I mean, why? Bad cable placement? It just can't reach the angle?

It just adds another layer of decisions to think of between deciding which one to get.

It should be as simple as just the work envelope, not a seemingly minor angle issue. Which can turn out to be a big deal depending on what the Post Processor is doing to interpret motion. If you bought the 70U, and decided later on that the 50U is all that's really needed, you pretty much can't, if the program happens to use that extra Swivel motion. Or also if you have a 50U but that missing motion of +110 down to +95 is also bad, which means you can't justify upgrading for some other parts that could use that angle.

Further more. -5Deg and -10Deg isn't that much to work with, in the first place. It's real handy with some programs I've seen to go up to -30Deg.
