The duo of Sheena Ozzella and Alex Kerns have been writing and performing as Lemuria since 2004. They spent those first few years honing in their uplifting brand of punk rock before releasing the seminal debut "Get Better" in 2007. I saw them at a show at a local punk house, went for another band and was fucking blown away by them. The album I bought that night (and the other ones) have gotten so much play over the years.
