I can say that I have been following these rules. I have only been a soap maker for a little over a year! I just love your advice and how clearly you stated all the information. I did get a book on proper labeling and that is an invaluable tool in soap making or any kind of product that must be labeled. We all must follow the rules. I agree completely to label all your ingredients even though it is not required, I too would want to know what is in a product that I am going to use.
