Nice build. Windows 98SE I presume? Maybe was mentioned in the video and I missed it.

Very nice system! I have a similar board from MSI with a Pentium II 350mhz as well, though my setup is a little bit different. I have a Voodoo 1 and ESS Audiodrive in there, since I actually use the system for slightly older Windows games and some late-ish DOS games, and I was able to get a very nice deal on it, so even if it's a bit newer than what I was aiming for, it suits my needs very well (the Voodoo is also paired with a GeForce FX 5200, which is a lot newer, but the video output is nice, and if I ever want to play something that uses DirectX on this rig, it supports all of the older features still)
I've also been looking into getting a few cases from Evercase for other projects. They have just the right look for 90's systems, and old cases can get expensive if you have to buy them online.

On the CD drive, the different speeds are for different modes; "Write / Rewrite / Read".

Nice! I only recommend a fan on the Voodoo 3 card, because the Avenger (codename of the chip) core gets very, very hot without active cooling.

Nice looking system! I myself picked up a MS-6119 motherboard along with a Pentium II 350MHz for almost nothing, and I'd really love to build something similar to run some early Glide games.
What type of Panasonic did you choose for recapping your board? I want to replace those crappy Chhsi for better quality caps but I don't really know what to get...

You have a retail pii cpu. It will come apart, with some cuss words being used.

Sweet! Nice build! Not dissimilar to my PII setup I think. I think mines only 300Mhz, I did buy a couple of 350Mhz CPUs but there's a voltage difference so I would need to mod the board in order to fit them I think. Voodoo 3 2000 is a good idea too! I am not sure I am 100% happy with the Voodoo 2's I have installed atm...
