My husband and I were long distance almost our entire dating and engagement years (3.5 years) and now we've been happily married 21 years! I still have all the letters and printed emails we sent each other in a huge binder. It was a special way to get to know each other❤ thank you for sharing your fun story!

Thanks for sharing this great story with us. This really takes me back because it is a wee bit similar to how my husband and I started our relationship. He was in Australia and I was on the eastern European time zone and I remember the sleepless night and the difficult time differences and always calculating the time at The others country… Staying up all night and all day, talking for hours. It also took us a while before we met even though we already committed to each other. It was very strange but we just knew that it was right. And when we finally met in person it just felt so natural and there were no awkward minutes of silence or anything, It's like we always knew each other. We have been together for 19 years… I can't believe it myself… The similarities between our stories are kind of uncanny, although of course the circumstances were slightly different. I am so happy for you both and I can't wait till you guys get married! XXX
