recipe: 11/2 kilos of lamb or goat
12 large potatoes
3 lemons
1 cup of olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
2 table spoons of dry oregano
some fresh oregano
3 cloves of garlic
half a glass of water
some baking paper

preheated oven 350f or 180c
roast for about 2 hours and 15min
