Pretty sure my high school full orchestra played this exact arrangement. The hardest part was following the conductor's whacky conducting cause the song really isn't difficult at all.

best way to do it is half 3rd valve or half 3rd and 1st valve combination, shake, and (don't be BLOW!! Personally I use the 3rd valve only. by the way, Al Hirt does the best horse whinny.
