What is Breathable Nail Polish? Is it halal?

Basically applying regular nail polish and applying breathable nail polish are all same. I added this video to clear the concept of breathable nail polish. Muslim women can’t apply nail polish because it doesn’t allow them to complete their wudhu (a part of being a Muslim).
Breathable nail polish means it’s halal. So, Muslim women can use this nail polish and can complete their wudhu.
I have used Orly Breathable Nail Polish. They come in many colors. Mostly I prefer skin color nail polish therefore, I used this color.
