for Q6 the last part, could we do P(M=50) = 1/16, q^2 = 1/16 so q=1/4. then 1/16=2rq is 1/32 divided by 1/4 = r so r = 1/8. q = 1/4, r =1/8 just like you got

In question number 5c, why are we calculating E(W) with 3+0/2 as it says W isnt from A to B rather A to C. so, shouldn't the size of AC be smaller than 0-3?

Hi, I have a small issue with your question 4, c part, the method looks a bit off I have to say, and we're supposed to get a negative & positive value when we substitute the values 1.15 and 1.25 into F(X) respectively . Because a root must mean that it's between the boundary of positive and negative, that's basically from what I have learnt, please recheck it if you have a marking scheme also.

In this case, the supposedly root is 1.2 so we must get a negative value for 1.15 and a positive value for 1.25.

Thanks you.
