Mobile App Setup for Viewtron Security Camera DVRs & NVRs

The setup is simple.
1) Enable the NAT / QR code service on your DVR or NVR.
2) Open the mobile app for iPhone or Android.
3) Add a new device.
4) Select scan code.
5) Scan the QR code displayed on the DVR in the app.

You can now remotely view your security cameras and also search and playback recorded video surveillance footage.

Hi I have a question, I’m trying to pair the app with the tv but I cannot get a green wi fi signal. I scanned the code it was accepted but can the issue be that it’s a rental property with no internet?? Thank you . 🙏

Hi Mike, i have a question please.. my cctv was working fine until the supply power stopped working, so i bought another power supply but this time my mobile devices are not connecting anymore. I can scan the QR code on the superlive plus app that I was using before, it registers the device fine but it doesn’t connect to the device, it pops up saying device offline and doesn’t show me any cameras.. any idea what this could be? I have an Ethernet cable directly going into the cctv box, somethings happened that’s not allowing my mobile device to connect to the cctv box? Before the power supply broke, it was all working fine.. ☹️

My Superlive PLus Crashes when I log into the app (the acutal user of the app) . If I dont log in it runs fine.

Also, How do I recall a favorite setup? I no longer see the heart icon. Or how can I have it bring up the view I last used? i like the view with the big picture in the center and the 12 small screens surrounding it
