Get better Bellwright companion attributes (and the benefits)

Here's a Bellwright tip on how to improve the attributes of your villagers easily.

You might already know that you can buy books from Hearndean and Padstow and then get villagers to read them, but did you know that you can actually put loads of books in your inventory and then get the entire village to read those books all from one menu.

You can also see other benefits of doing so, like when you get villagers to read, they also improve their renown when sold. Meaning even if you buy cheap villagers, you can then expel them to buy better villagers in future.
