Thank you for doing these videos, you're one of the best channels I've found on YouTube when it comes to practical fashion advice for a guy in his 30s.

My attempts at making cuffs always end up being sloppy, and eventual undo themselves. You'd think someone would come up with some like plastic or metal 'invisible' cuff stay.

Didn’t know it’s called Japanese cuff until now, which happened to be my favorite style on my selvedge jeans. Thanks.

Back in the 80s, we “pegged’ our jeans which is essentially what you refer to as pin rolling. We also did this weird thing with numerous safety pins to narrow the silhouette of our jeans.

The old "tight roll" as we called it in the 80s. Nice video.

Cuffing makes more sense if your tailor cannot preserve original hem ... Good Work Man ...

Fantastic video, definitely going to start using the Japanese Cuff for some 32 inseam selvedge denim I have (I'm 5'6 as well)

I've gotta ask where are those trousers from, the first pair shown for "Permanent Cuff" at 1:55? Thanks in advance

Off that back of this video/thumbnail, could you show us the correct cuffing protocol for our jeans/pants please? I'm never sure if I cuff to much or to little or if I'm even doing it right when I do it. Thanks 👍

My main issue with cuffing my jeans (I guess I do the double cuff) is that the cuff grows wider throughout the day. Total pet peeve of mine!
