No it's a misrepresentation of arminianism to claim that they believe if you sin you have lost your salvation and need to get saved again. Most who believe that salvation can be lost, believe that it's a very long process, and that God is very very patient. But through continual sin and rebellion one becomes hardened by sins deceit fulness. And over years and maybe DECADES the Lord seeks to bring them back, but if they persist in sin their hearts will turn away from the Lord. And there comes a time where His spirit will no longer strive with them. Most who believe one can or maybe can lose their salvation, don't claim to know when that line has been crossed.
