Lockdown 'mistakes' must not be repeated in exit strategy, says Keir Stamer

The government is coming under intense pressure to reveal its coronavirus lockdown exit strategy, with Labour's new leader Sir Keir Starmer saying the "mistakes" made in the run-up to lockdown being imposed must not be repeated.
