Classic Reboot: On Being a Skeptical Psychic with Nancy du Tertre

Nancy du Tertre, JD, is a corporate lawyer specializing in securities litigation. She is also a psychic detective, spiritual medium, medical intuitive, and remote viewer. She is author of Psychic Intuition: Everything You Ever Wanted to Ask But Were Afraid to Know. She has also written How to Talk to an Alien. In addition she is certified in the Intuitive Gestalt Dialogue Method.

Here she notes that the nonsensical information that comes through in her psychic readings tend to be among the most surprisingly accurate. This may be because there was no opportunity for analytical overlay from the intellect. She also describes a methodology for conducting readings in advance of meeting with her clients. Also, she emphasizes the importance of synchronicity when engaged in psychic work.

Glad to see this reboot Raymond Moody also writes about the importance of nonsense to our psyches.

My skepticism rises up re: my own abilities: it's a drag, too, since I enjoy helping people via evidential mediumship. (I don't charge for it.)

@6:00... Nancy... so I hear a name, a certain sound is formulated... Kenilworth... dont't mean anything to me... so I mention this to the client.

Nancy... I bring back some of those elements, such as what they call front loading.

Jeff... front loading, its about getting the information about the target person in advance of doing the reading.

Nancy... right, its basicly any background you get and you're told or advised of before you start.

Nancy... I present this information to a client, Im not saying orange squiggly feels tall, and they're looking at me like, I paid for this.
