I have been using your pipe cutter since February, and recently it malfunctioned due to a broken metal piece holding the spring. Could you please assist with a warranty replacement? Unfortunately, I did not keep the receipt. I rely on your products for their quality and would appreciate your help.

My dad just bought the 2 inch one we barley opened it he opened the blade once and now it wont open again any tips?

nice tool but I cant get a straight cut, my looking from the front as I was cutting and she said she can see the blade moving toward the side

Notice that they don't show it actually cutting through the pipe. That's because it doesn't. I just tried my first cut on a 1 1/4" pvc pipe. It broke the pipe. But didn't cut it. And the instructions are impossible to read. Tiny little photos that you can't even see with a magnifying glass. And obviously written by someone who doesn't speak (and can't speak) English.

Amazon reviews say they brake easy and are also dangerous, 1 person lost almost a eye.
