I'm excited to see what *Future Considerations* does after being traded so much. Definitely a journeyman but he could blossom into a solid Top 6 FW

The dump of Yamamoto and Kostin to Detroit blew my mind! What a pickup for Stevie, I'm getting more and more excited to see what the wings bring next year, especially with their next line of prospects coming up

I cant believe Holland actually fleeced Stevie Y. Future Considerations is worth at least a 1st rounder.

Dang blackhawks making moves since they got that 1st round pick.

What the hell was Edmonton thinking?? Yamamoto I can sort of understand, but Kostin looked really strong last year. Typical L by the Oilers…

I had thought Perry was washed up 6-8 years ago. I was wrong. He still plays the same.

It wouldn't surprise me if that 7th round draft pick that the Lightning acquired for Perry turns into the next Lundqvist, a 7th round pick that went on to a HOF career. It's entirely possible that it could happen again.

It feels like Holland didn't even try to find a trade partner like is nothing really the best he could have gotten for Yamamoto, i feel like he could have gotten a late round pick at least

Edmonton Get fleeced lol. Steve Izerman is turning red wing into a contender every day that he gm

Yamamoto has already been bought out. The trade was for Kostin essentially.

You said Kostin can be in a 4th line checking role but I’m going to just say. He actually had a mini breakout. Passes the eye test 10x more then Yamamoto does at this time. He will be fantastic for the wings (not a fan of the oilers I just live in Edmonton and have no choice)

The agent for "future considerations", wants to know why his client doesn't have a chance to make a teams roster!

now it’s time to get the Cat in Michigan.

Wait, why are the Hawks buying out Bailey? They could just keep him and flip at the deadline at half cap?!

I thought Forsure if Perry was gonna go to a bottom feeder it’d be back home

The Future Considerations jokes are a classic but anyone who is criticizing that trade is just wrong. I'm actually surprised Holland didn't have to attach a late round pick. Yamo has had 4 concussions and is 160ish lbs. and has fallen off pretty hard. Kostin was a beast but wanted too much money and apparently wants to go to the KHL, so he might not even sign with the DRW anyway.

You forgot the last overall pick that Columbus acquired from Vegas. Pretty funny story.

I wonder if the Bailey buyout is going to be cap circumvention and he resigns with the Islanders at a lower cap hit.
