Visible Heartbeat with Pectus (SHOULD YOU WORRY!?)

I ( Riley Byrne ) was born with Pectus Excavatum and managed to fix my condition through exercise & stretching... without surgery and I want to help others do the same.

Pectus Excavatum is exacerbated by poor posture & minimal muscle mass. A specialized exercise & stretching regime should be utilized to make Pectus Excavatum less noticeable. Guys, only do surgery when it necessary. People used to make fun about my pectus but since i started lifting for now almost 2 years and help from the vacuum bell, they don’t even see my pectus no more and only talk about how muscular i am. I still have rib flare but when i contract my abs, you can’t even recognize that i’ve got pectus. So i really recommend to go training and use the vacuum bell.

I have read that cardio will enlarge the heart is this not bad if pectus already restricts the space you have for the Heart

I have pectus carinatum and want to get rid of it primarily for aesthetic reasons but i feel like a surgery would hold me back in my sports life+working out. Also the belt is only made in USA and costs more than 1k euros 🥲 (i am 14 btw so the chest bone still grows)
