I always played as major powers and I had never played as a minor of any sorts, but Hungary was my first and best out of any game I’ve played.

You still could've waited until Serbia/Romania come knocking for their "rightful" land and puppeted them as well. I remember doing that on my Hungary run (though i had to go communist because I lost first war against Romania - Croatia declared on me and I was still busy with them by the time Romania went to war. But hey, now Trianon is avenged under the same banner as it was signed - makes it even more satisfying)

I played as Hungary in twr, I found out that you don't need to retreat all the way back to the river, Romanian south are always poorly defended, my troops easily broker through and blitzkrieg all the way to Bucharest. Let the Romanian take Transylvania focus all the troops in getting to Bucharest, then they will automatically surrender

I did the same thing a few weeks ago with the same tactic, it was quite easy but Idk why (in your game) the AI abandoned part of the frontline. Its weird 🤔
