Great little cup for coffee in the morning. That way you can eat and drink at the same time. Coffee will not stay hot for very long at all tho. Drink quickly!! Also be careful with it when it's cold. Worth the money. Never go with out it!

Does it have gradient marking inside for measuring?

Just bought one to use on ultraruns and shorter ones as well, at aidstations, as it has become mandatory at some races to bring your own cup, in order to reduce waste
