Whenever i go to the website it tells me to log in, then there is no page on it that looks like that, and when i try to create an app it ask for a URL, i dont know what to put there.

uWHEN I OPEN THE  TwitterVB THE COMPUTER WROTE  TwitterVB IS HARM AND THEY GIVE ME DIScard and keep button but i press on discard but why they will put such warning ???
