Iran is enforcing Hijab against free Will
Karnataka is Removing Hijab against free will
In both cases women have no choice, and at the receiving end
Where is women's rights...?
Women is being oppressed in both cases

These same community is asking for a holiday on Friday rather Sunday and the place is Lakshadweep where they count 90% of the population, So over there they dont want to follow Secularism but they want Burqha in other states as a mark of Equality in Secularism. Court should think twice before passing verdict in their support as allowing them is like allowing destruction to that place.

If its personal choice in schools, schools become variety dress fashion show 😂😂😂😂😂

Pathetic. Shameful. Regretful. Hijab should neither be mandatory, nor should it be banned. Let them study, let them have a choice of their own. What a Regressive direction for my country to waste its precious time.

Just in case if you dont know how things work .
1)Contentious topic .
2) split verdict.
3) blow to one side and you know which side .🙂

What a pathetic verdict by Justice Dhulia. The same will scold police, ias and other uniform personal for not adhering proper dress code. But the social building institutions like school can't teach how to wear a school uniform. What a hypocrisy.

"The HC took a wrong path, it's ultimately a matter of choice." ~ Justice Dhulia..

Also he has stated the "Essential Religious Practises" is in itself a question in this matter. Primacy of education should be uphled and these bans or restrictions on the hijab must be quashed as he pointed out.

Let's see what the CJI has to say on this split verdict

A waste of SC time, it's purely a matter of choice. The split verdict means it's killing more time.

Hizab(head scarf for head and ears) can be allowed.. but burkha(full covering of body and face) shouldn't be allowed as it is hard for identification (anyone can come to school wearing a bukha will Ill intention.) Plus uniformity should be maintained in school dress.. otherwise what's the use.. hindu girls will say we want to wear saree, some will say jeans should be allowed, some will say bhagwa dress should be allowed.. school, army, hospital, court.. there is a dress.. everyone has to follow it

This is a serious mistake in our judicial system which no other country has . what is the point in having an even number of judges on the bench ? Either it should have been a single judge bench or it should have been odd number judge bench. Lawyers are least bothered about the the serious flaws in the system. Now it is unnecessary waste of time of SC to constitute another bench.

Hijab in school means, its no more uniform. Uniform means uniformity of school dress. Judges need to wear black coat and gown.
Its a terrible tragedy Supreme court judge does not know this.
Education has nothing to do with religions, educationist has to prevail in classrood. Supreme court judge Dhulia has obeyed diktat of PFI.

So students on Hindu side are gonna go to class in their religious attires and they’d be allowed to… instead of education, people are asking for what they can wear in schools… Wah. Anyway, good luck to you all

Hijab is worn out of modesty, it also happens to be an identity for Muslim women, not vice versa. You can't snatch the right to wear a hijab just like you can't force someone to wear one.
