How are underlying conditions a sign of inequality? Diseases have no ratial preference? Lifestyle and diet choices lead to underlying health conditions, not racial inequality! Better choices lead to better results...

Are these black suburbs or tightly packed apartments? What level of access to healthcare to these people have? Are they old? Are they heavy? Too many questions.
