Obviously a biased reporting. Why does it matter who funds the project? Does that imply it is a great project if funded by the US instead?

Vietnam and China shares more than 1200 Km of borders so what is the logic of accusing Cambodia of building the Techo cannel for the sake of allowing the Chinese warship to enter Cambodia. Wouldn't it be easier for the Chinese to just enters straight through the 1200 km border instead? What a silly argument they're coming up with.
