It is possible to run quite a few games with older graphics cards, I still sometimes run on my ancient gtx 980 and I can run elden ring on low setting at like 30-40 fps

From 2017 up 2024 I was running a 1050 and that GPU honestly did miracles considering the FPS I was getting and not needing to complain. Did a nice upgrade to an RX 6600 which I ended up kind of regretting it because I should've put a little more into it but so far it's satisfying me nicely.

I just got a 3060 and I had a 1050ti, it actually works fine for everything low to medium settings. Exept VR is horible on it.

Keep in mind this isn't just 1440p, but ultrawide 1440p (3440x1440). Meaning if you were playing on 1080p you'd get about 2.3x more FPS.

The 1050ti was a value beast. It could be found for cheap on sale frequently and only needed the pcie connection to run, no cables needed from the PSU. You could slap this into older computers and easily give them a burst of life.

Yes I used to get 400FPS With that old thing Back in the day at least

I use my 1660 on 1440p, it isn't the best but it can perform above 40 FPS on low settings for most games. Even works for Cyberpunk
