I'd argue that higher end cars can have much higher profit margins but more economical cars can be much less risky. Careful buying super cheap cars though. The maintenance can end up being a huge expense. Ford focuses are probably the least reliable cars I've ever encountered.

I don't know what market u serve and what demographic, but I make more profit than I ever dreamed of on Turo with your type of cars only new ones leased.
Leased with no money down, long bumper to bumper warranties and even scheduled maintenance.
These leased cars serve a vacation area with guests who fly in, expect great service and newer low mileage cars for their business or vacation period.
At the end of the lease u have an exit plan in place. Usually 36-39 months. U either turn it back to the lessor, buy the car and flip it if their is equity, or trade it for another lease.

Thank you for talking about the economy cars. I looked up the best cars for turo and all the first videos to come up were like "ya, buy a lamborgini, or a brand new BMW, or a tesla, " and I'm thinking, I just want a good reliable car to rent, I don't need to get over my head with this.

I own 3 2019 Dodge Charger’s(they were repayment for a debt) I’ve had a difficult time selling them, and I keep hearing about Toro. I also ended up with a 2016 Chevy Tahoe which is a nice suv. Do you have any websites that I could look at? Great video with a ton of knowledge about this business!👏👏

Do you have a video explaining how to get a car ready for Turo? I am worried to buy a car for under $7500 because they aren't always reliable. How am I going to know if it will be consistent for my renters? I don't want a car that I bought to poop out on one of my renters and put them in a really big and very undesirable predicament.
