I love how the fact that HWK 30 has ~20% worse gun handling values got conveniently ignored and for those unaware that means that Ru will feature around the same accuracy on the move despite being ~25% better on p/w ratio, which also got conveniently ignored.. some other facts: HWK has 5 mm more pen on 2 of its shells (honestly surprised this got ignored, because we know how much droodles likes to calibrate his gun); it's actually easier to pen HWK side with HE, because let's be real increase from ~25 to ~35 doesn't really matter for most of the tier 7-9, but the HWK is much bigger in size (also ignored) and thus the sides are as well (all that is assuming you have your turret turned towards the enemy, so he has to aim for your side or the cheeks.. or most likely the engine).
Everyone who has played the Ru hates the lack of gun depression at the front and getting HE penned frontally even by some of the meds (HWK has much better upper plate), so because HWK is able to "play normally" (using the front of the vehicle) I'm not gonna call the Ru a better tank and instead I'd say that It's more of a player preference, whether you like convenience more or you can trade some of it for better dpm and mobility, but because higher skill cap things usually tend to have higher game impact ceiling a lot of people actually prefer playing/learning those over the easier ones (e.g. Invoker), hence why no one is buying the HWK (smart people might be just waiting for it to get cheaper).
Lastly, thank you for exposing that other youtuber (he totally had it coming), but you have to try to keep your content unbiased as well :)

After grinding out the Leo 1, the only tank on the line I kept was the Ru 251. With its HEP rounds and crazy mobility paired with its low silhouette makes it a super fun tank. I think I'll pick up the HWK when it hits 5500 gold because it's very similar to the Ru 251, but it actually makes credits, plus the 10 degrees is all the way around the tank instead of just the sides!

Also, they may have 10° max depression, but RU only has 6° over the front, but the HWK is 9°

I Like the AMX Defender more than the Tech three AMX only cause of the the Spaced armor the Defender features in the back I can not tell you how many times the spaced amour has saved me while I was getting out of a sticky situation I have an instance that I clipped on my Switch where I received no damage from an HE from a OBJ. 704 and a M-lll-YOH while I was tryna escape

Got the 907 before it sold out and I must say I'm fairly satisfied with it, though I must say I slightly regret it as like a day later the AMX 30B comes in to store and even cheaper without the bundle with legendary camo, mystery boxes and avatar. Which do u think is an overall better tank? 30B has higher alpha, way better gun depression similar accuracy and mobility and not sure about the armor..

the 70 speed limit is probably not a disadvantage. the ru is so fast it can drift out of control easily at high speeds, requiring the user to slow before turns anyway

As fa as the comparison to the Ru 251, the hawk actually has 9 deg of gun depression off the front while the ru251 can only reach 6 until it looks to the side (kinda like the Vk 90 at T10), and yes the hawk is stupidly overprice, but its not FLAT worst then the Ru
