Fondly remembering when I was working at a museum doing an education program about pirates for kindergarteners. We were having the kids suggest rules for the ship and one kid suggests cleaning the cannons, then this adorable little child says "But if you don't clean the cannons it's more exciting, cause then you never know if you'll live or die!"

What were you expecting? Twilight but on a boat? This is a 9 year old girl, obviously the monsters are going to have a feast of human flesh and then in a comedic fashion leave the werewolf to drive who will promptly crash the boat and they'll all drown horribly.

Once at Hershey Park I was watching a show with my family about some guy trying to destroy the Hershey Factory. The show ends with the guy covered in chocolate and at the mercy of the heroes. The heroes then ask the audience what to do with him, and I shit you not, the kids yelled "EAT HIM!"

After awkwardly explaining that they couldn't do that because that counts as cannibalism they then get more specific and ask if they should forgive him for his crimes and be friends instead, typical feel-good children's show ending. The kids were having none of it and demanded that the villain be punished for their crimes and wouldn't listen when the heroes tried to get them to show some mercy.

Kids are getting scary.
