Four of Pac-Man’s greatest games come together in this exclusive compilation for the Game Boy Advance. Pac-Man Collection features the original Pac-Man, Pac-Mania, Pac-Attack and Pac-Man Arrangment. Pac-Mania brought Pac-Man’s classic maze gameplay into 3D, while Pac-Attack combined it with—of all things—Tetris! Perhaps the highlight of the package, however, is the 1996 release Pac-Man Arrangement, which adds complex level layouts and power-ups to the classic Pac-Man formula. A great collection of all-time classics, Pac-Man Collection is a single-player game on the Game Boy Advance.

I got this game when I was younger, and for some reason it's stayed in my GBA bag ever since. Probably because I loved Pac-Man Arrangement so much- it was like the only version of Pac-Man that I could get into, because it wasn't as demanding as the original in monitoring the ghosts, and let's you keep playing through levels even if you run out of lives (you're score just resets). And each world feels fresh and exciting as you play through the game. The final boss is really cool, too. That being said, the later levels make it a lot harder to stay alive, and probably warranted a lot of quarters back in the day if you wanted to finish the game. It's much more fast-paced than the original, and the art style/presentation is fantastic, and the music is fantastic. Uhhhh!!!

my cousin had this cart when we were growing up. used to always borrow it whenever we had our gbas. arrangement is one of the first games i felt genuinely compelled to play for as long as i possibly could.

Also I remember playing Pac Mania as a cabinet as a kid, good times. Was blown away when I saw it was listed in this collection for the gba, and it looked about as good.

Derek, if you want to check out a few other cool "Arrangement" titles, you should try & pick up Namco Museum for the GameCube.  It includes Pac-Man Arrangement along with Arrangement variants for Galaga & Dig Dug as well.  I think you'd enjoy them.

It's a bit annoying that Bandai Namco canceled the Wii U version of Pac-Man Museum and put this on Virtual Console instead, but back in 2001 this would've been a really great collection to have on GBA. On the GBA, the collection is a bunch of really solid ports.

A mall arcade I went to had Pac-Man Arrangement and I loved it a lot and was impressed when it came to the GBA.

You guys should try to get the Namco Battle Collection on PSP. Multiple classic Namco game + 4 Arrangement versions. It's immense.

I would avoid Pac-Man Collection, GBA Namco Museum and GBA Namco Museum: 50th Anniversary because they will not save your high scores.
