Hi Ian hope you’re good. Thanks for sharing this, it looks a gorgeous area to visit and not one I’ve heard of. The van looked well too 👍

Ian it’s mark from over the road. 😂😂. Me and my brother use this place as a starting point for most of our wild camps. There’s loads of good places up there. My favourite to camp is high cup nick. Good channel mate 👍. Keep it going

It's lovely over that way, been many times.
Scenery is beautiful from Raby castle onwards.

Absolutely love Cow Green, it’s one of the natural beauty spots we have on our door steps, fantastic looking van travelling in front of you.

Great vid. It's a bit odd watching videos made by a local cos I often know the places you go too! But just to add to this for any walkers out there, Cow Green is (one of) the starting points for a walk to High Cup Nick, and that is one of the must see places in the North Pennines, a huge glacial u-shaped valley. The walk goes over the watershed, but it's quite easy walking (I do recall having to plodge a bit though a stream), fairly level, no steep places - but 13 miles in total, and in the summer watch out for sheep if you're taking dogs.

Looked like a great trip Ian - Do you know if you can overnight there or is there signs prohibiting it? - I’m sure I went walking up there many many years ago - David 👍
