Trump vows to provide restitution for victims of migrant crime

Former President Donald Trump announced a new policy proposal that seeks to reimburse victims of crimes committed by migrants. The GOP presidential nominee said his administration would seize the assets of these gangs and drug cartels and use them to create a "compensation fund" for victims.
