Nice video. That looks like a pretty sweet deal for only about $275 US/monthly. I'd prefer something with an ocean view and a balcony, so of course i know i'll be paying more. However, i was really impressed by how clean and comfortable the unit appeared. Definitely worth the money it seems.

Are there rental agents on the property? Or do you have to deal directly with the owner ? Could I walk in off the street and rent a unit if available ? I was thinking of starting at a hotel, then finding longer term accommodations. Would that work ?
