I'm a local to the Phoenix area. Been riding this area for 25 plus yrs. Those are my 3 favorites currently as well.
Geronimo is partially closed now down by the boyscout camp area.

Just recently move close to south mountain. Closer to the 35th Ave there’s a trail the mahahauk perimeter trail. According to Trailforks is a easy / intermediate trail. As a beginner mtb rider would like to start on this trail. Suggestions appreciated.

HTA has plans in conjunction with Tonto forest to build a few more trails, in the next year. the map of proposed additions looks promising.. maricopa madness may be extended 2 MORE miles, and there will be a couple more connections to the range/lower flow areas. then again, Boulderdash is one of the best, and it's only been open for 6 months! come back and ride it!
