On Sunday, I started off with a brunch of sausages, fried eggs, and vanilla cookies with a side of white coffee and watermelon. Later, I cooled down with a refreshing classic mojito, and finally, for dinner, I made a classic Kenyan comfort food: ugali with beef stew and greens!

07:10 - MONDAY
Monday was a day of healthy and hearty eats! Breakfast was a vibrant hibiscus banana granola yogurt bowl for breakfast, packed with antioxidants and fiber. Later, I had a refreshing fruit bowl. To finish the day, I had a classic Kenyan comfort meal: white rice served with ndengu (Green grams) and creamy avocado!

This Tuesday, We're starting the morning off right with a bowl of oatmeal topped with fresh bananas, pineapples, and chia seeds - a tropical twist on a classic. Later, for a midday pick-me-up, I'm having a black coffee with a squeeze of lemon juice. To end the day, we're fueling up with a hearty plate of white rice alongside a delicious Cajun chicken stew.

Today, We're starting strong with a decadent breakfast of chocolate pineapple yogurt granola bowl - a fun twist on the classic. It's sweet, it's crunchy, it's the perfect way to kick off the morning. For dinner, we're switching gears with a comforting bowl of noodles topped with sunny-side-up fried eggs and a sprinkle of fresh dill. Simple yet satisfying!

21:58 - THURSDAY
We're starting the morning off with a classic and delicious peanut banana granola yogurt bowl - a perfect blend of creamy, sweet, and crunchy. Later, we'll enjoy a refreshing and colorful fruit bowl for a light pick-me-up. Finally, for dinner, we're diving into a Kenyan favorite: Mbuzi Wet Fry, a rich and flavorful stew served with crispy french fries.

27:16 - FRIDAY
Today We're starting things light with a refreshing fruit bowl, packed with vitamins and natural sweetness. For dinner, we're turning up the flavor with a rice, chicken, and veggie fajita bowl. This dish is full of colorful goodness, and the cool and creamy yogurt mint dip adds a delightful twist.

32:52 - SATURDAY
This Saturday, We're starting strong with a classic brunch spread: a juicy smash burger, savory sausages, fresh roasted beets and carrots, and a cup of coffee to kick things off. Later, for a healthy snack, we'll be enjoying a vibrant fruit bowl packed with vitamins and natural sweetness. To finish the day, we're focusing on balance with a simple green salad, protein-packed with eggs, and creamy avocado paired with a light, creamy, and tangy lemon yogurt dressing for a satisfying and healthy end.
