Audiobooks are definitely in my future, but I consider them less important versions of my book than a paperback, hardcover or ebook. I podcast, so I doubt recording an audiobook will be too challenging, but I can see that they take time, and I want to get the other versions cooking well before I add another pot ... so to speak!

Julie, I'm working on a project that is part music album part audio book. I'm not as concerned over sales. But I'm torn between marketing it as a music album or an audio book. It's entirely narrated by myself and the music (in the background) is also composed by myself. I think I should get it mastered before offering it to ACX or another service. It'd be awesome to hear from you or anyone else with an opinion about how I should approach the project.
