best part of all this is CES is just around the corner so he probably will be upgrading again fairly soon

I have the 55" C9 and was blown away by the picture. I only recently upgraded to the One X and am blown away by how easy it was to setup everything. My TV instantly recognized everything and asked me if I would like to setup 4K/VRR. Add to that the awesome UI and streaming apps, I don't regret paying a premium for this TV at all and expect to get a ton of use out of it for years to come.
