FIMO AIR BASIC - TIPS FOR USING #1

In this video we will show you some important tips for working with FIMO AIR BASIC.

Tips:
1. It appears to be softer than Fimo Professional. It’s as soft as Fimo Soft if not even softer.
2. Fimo Air Basic smells a bit like rubbing alcohol.
3. It can be cut and ripped into small chinks easily.
4. When you’re done sculpting seal the unused clay airtight to keep it from drying.
5. Work on a surface that is easy to clean (glass/plastic). Working with Fimo Air Basic can be messy…
6. Add water to make the clay softer.
7. Use water while working to prevent cracks from forming during drying.
8. You can smooth out cracks before the clay dries out. Just use some water.
9. It’s not water resistant unless you use gloss varnish.
10. Fimo Air Basic dries out completely in about 24 hours. Doesn’t require baking.
11. Paint before varnishing.
12. If you aren’t satisfied with the result you can add water, knead it and start over. Do this before the clay dries out.
