This is something I've struggled with my whole life. Not even just within my life as an artist, but also with EVERY other passion and hobby I have (which is a great many things). I've always felt really overwhelmed, feeling that I'm never going to get to everything I want to, but then because of that never starting a project. I feel like it's both a blessing and a curse.
I personally use "Notion" and it has been a game changer and has really helped me get organized with my ideas and projects. I really love your ideas and advice! You always organize your videos so well! ❤

Really love your videos Mimi. I am always overwhelmed with ideas . But making it fun by separating projects priority wise in containers might help. I'll give it a try. 😁

I use Notion and made a database of all my ideas. If there's a photo reference, I'll upload that and make tags so I can find things by category.

Too many ideas, too much brain art block😅 I tend to be afraid to showcase my works

Despite having many empty sketchbook, I did more creative idea lists in Milanote or note apps than drawing.

Do you sell your digital color palettes?

You may profit from hiring an assistant to make all your ideas a reality. The additional content will probably pay for the assistant.
