Hello everyone! Looks like I forgot to mention the temperature to bake the spaghetti squash - which should be 400°F/200°C for 40-50 minutes 😊

...and THIS is how you make a cooking video! No 10 min. intro, 5 min "this is how I do it", blah, blah, blah!
Thanks! Gonna try this right now for dinner!

This is perfect for anyone doing low carb. It’s a delicious replacement for pasta and in my opinion tastes so much better.

I love this video simply because it is short, straight forward with no fluff. Very nice, thank you.

400 F for 40 to 50 minutes depending on the size of your spaghetti squash.

Thank you so much, I roasted the squash, scooped it onto a plate and poured homemade spaghetti sauce over it with roasted chicken and topped it with sour cream. Incredible!

I just put the whole thing in the oven at 400....it cooks perfectly and is easy to cut and clean when cooked. No muss, no fuss, tastes great and SO easy.

Thank you very much.
My 2 cents tip: After backing several Squashes for different dishes, I learned that if you cut the Spaghetti Squash width wise and bake it exactly the same way then you get much longer (Double the size) of strands if you cut it lenght wise. Hope that helps.

Five years after this is posted.. here I am looking for directions on cooking spaghetti squash and voila!! Love this! My Mom cooked this when I was growing up but she boiled it.. she was from the coast of Mississippi.. where during her Era EVERYTHING was boiled, baked, or fried in lard 🤣 I just KNEW there had to be a better way!! Thanks!!

I bake it whole first at 400° for 40-45 minutes depending on the size. Baking it first makes it keep its full flavor, makes it easier to cut into, and easier to scoop out the seeds.

Thanks for this quick, easy and tasty recipe. I brushed the remainder of the olive oil on the skin. I used Celtic Sea Salt, black pepper and olive oil as suggested. It tastes yummy as a low carb starch!

Great video, Lisa, and I love spaghetti squash, too! After a couple of close calls, I realized that it's easier for me to cut spaghetti squash if I microwave it for a couple of minutes first to soften it just a little bit.

Awesome job! There were so many videos to choose from but I chose you’re because you had the best thumbnail picture and shortest time. Your video was well done, (I’m a cinematographer) and to the point it was very helpful thank you so much!
