Introducing another additive technology GE researchers are working with..."3D Inking" or Direct Write. This technology could allow us to print sensors directly onto parts, so that we can get them into parts of our products where conventional sensors won't work or fit. That way we can collect more data and information to perform real-time analytics and condition monitoring for our customers, which ties in with our efforts around the Industrial Internet.
