Klopp's highest and probably the only priority is the BPL. He knows if he doesn't claim an international spot, it will be tough to sign his top prospects for next season. Even though, he won't reach his goals he has access to some fantastic players from his former career to boost his squad enormously.
Ilkay Gundogan already wanted to leave dortmund last season just to get a big contract and LFC is able to fulfill his wishes. He is in amazing shape and he knows how to play klopp football better than anyone else.
Filip Kostic from VfB Stuttgart has by now the most crosses in the bundesliga. One year contract left. Also possible that Klopp comes up with a big bid for him to boost Stuttgart he grew up with as a child(youth love).
Granit Xhaka is one of the toughest players in the buli and he definitely fits the style Klopp tries to still implement at LFC.
Joel Matip is probably a sure thing. He is good but he won't become a boateng but still a decent player.
Neven Subtonic went to high school in the US. He is fit but don't get play time right now. Tough player but nothing really different than Walker.
There are plenty of other great prospects in the BuLi Klopp probably has an eye on. I don't believe Klopp will make a monster bid for one single players next transfer window. That's not his style. He more like Warren Buffet, if you wanna get rich by a dollar for 50cent :)

Need a proper GK! I don't fault him for either of the two goals but, he doesn't command the box. He doesn't calm the players in front of him.

It would be the best for LFC when they reach the CL qualification or no european cup.. There are too much games in english football with the League, the FA Cup, the Capitol One Cup and for teams like Liverpool many games in the EL.. Klopp never had the time til now to improve the team.. thats impossible when you have a game every 3 days..
