The fact is that Pablo’s mother was a much more despicable person than portrayed. When Pablo was killed Pablo’s wife and son had to meet with the cali cartel to discuss the will of Pablo and what would become of his properties, to their surprise Pablo’s mom was already at the meeting before they were expecting them to hand off Pablo’s properties to her and kill Pablo’s wife and son. By Juan Pablo’s own account the cali cartel literally called her out on this and gave a partial amount of his belongings to Juan and his mother. Pablo’s mom was a sad woman
