And in game 2, the fertility godess has no control over you because you have no lust at all.

Okay so the first game had Cthulhu, Hastur, and Nyarlothotep. Meanwhile the setup for this game very clearly echoes Shadow Over Innsmouth and includes Shub-Niggurath “The Black Goat of the Woods with a Thousand Young.”

I’m just impressed how committed to the bit this series is for turning the Cthulhu mythos into a dating sim while not removing much of the horror.

What I love is that these games are genuinely terrifying at times, this creator can seriously do horror but they decide to make dating games about eldritch horrors instead.
