White House transfers Guantanamo detainee to Belize

The Biden administration has transferred a detainee from the Guantanamo Bay, Cuba detention facility to Belize after they were cleared for release. NBC's Courtney Kube has details on the decision and preparations to release two more detainees in the coming weeks.
