Actually 158LCM dimension baggage are mentioned in most of the airlines changing the dimensions will cause extra charges

I think you mixed up polycarbonate and polypropylene bag. Cause Polycarbonate is more durable and expensive. Where as polypropylene is less resistant to uv rays and not durable as polycarbonate.

Safari gives warranty and guarantee of 7.5 year and 3 bags in 7k And also if you want to buy one 23 kgs bag it'll cost you 3300. I think it's good deal as compared to 3 year warranty.
