Simple is literally every skincare beginner's go to for a basic non-irritating routine. I wish their products were available over the counter instead of himalaya and everyuth, but for some reason supermarkets have "st. Ives" and not "Simple". No non-sense ingredients, best for sensitive skin type. No wonder I frown at over the counter products and have resorted to online shopping.

First of all we all know Shreya's content is great, so I won't be taking about the obvious thing.

I would like to draw everyone's attention towards the minimal yet classy background of the video, which makes it look so professional. I mean there is no hate towards anyone who likes to decorate their background differently or with props etc, but I think with this kind of background my entire focus was on Shreya and her products. There is one more YouTuber Prakriti Singh, she is also a no-fuss kind of a creator, comes directly to the point of video, no blabbering or idhar-udhar ki baatein, just like Shreya. Her videos also look very professional.

Let me clarify smthg about hyaluronic acid, dermatologists are not happy with the outright claims that the companies selling it as a star ingredient give. It's not as strong as retinol. As an ingredient it just knows how to hold on to the moisture (hence called a humectant). It doesn't boost collagen as such and the effects are temporary. So fine lines and wrinkles look reduced immediately but have no long term benefits. If u are looking for extra hydration it's okay to use it in a toner or serum but if your moisturiser has it or other humectants such as (hydrolysed collagen, glycerin and peptides) you are good to go. Just make sure you follow it with an occlussive based moisturizer or facial oil (oil based formulas) As it can draw out moisture from deeper layers of the skin if your surroundings are relatively dry.
Check out Dr. Shereene Idriss, Dr. Dray, Cassandra Bankson (esthetician), James Welsh and (PhD) Dr. Michelle Wong (lab muffin beauty science) for your reference. They think glycerin is as good as HA and can be used as an alternative.
