how to handle many start app projenct in api file with small code ?

which way is good in Django for api. which can handle 10M requests per day. i used django direct api and drf. but DRF is way to slow.
django direct: 100ms for one api
DRF taking: 1600ms for one api

is Django ninja is better than DRF or i should move to fastapi or aws api ?
