How to share folder of Windows host to Ubuntu 22.04 LTS Guest OS on Vmware Workstation 16.2

In this video we are going to see how to use shared folders feature on Vmware Workstation 16.2.
Here we are going to share folder of Windows Host machine to Ubuntu 22.04 Virtual Machine running on VMware Workstation
Make sure you have installed the VMware tools already in VM.

First enable shared folder setting in vmware, then proceed to check /mnt/hgfs, if not follow steps below

1)nano /etc/ftfs
2)sudo su
3)In last line add vmhgfs-fuse /mnt/hgfs fuse defaults, allow_other 0 0 and save it
4)mkdir /mnt/hgfs
5)mount -a
6)cd /mnt/hgfs

To me "sudo mount -a" step reports: "fuse: unknown option(s): '-o default'", can I fix this somehow? Cheers,
